Y-MatTec ISO Management Systems are digitalized in a databased (IPW-System) and is part of our day to day working procedures – this insures an easy and secure handling and documentation of our processes, procedures, instructions, and files.

Y-MatTec’s main product Y-MatTec®G2000 is subject to 3rd part control by Material Prüfanstalt Hannover – Bauwesen und Produktionstechnik who attests that all provisions concerning the assessment and verification of constancy of performance is in conformity with the EU regulation No 305/2011 and the required performance criteria according to EN1504-3 and 6 under system +2.

Hereto Y-MatTec®G2000 is certified according to DAfStb-Richtlinie für die Herstellung undVerwendung von zementgebundenem Vergussbeton und -mörtel – (2019-07). The Übereinstimmungszertificat (Ü-Zeichen) ensure that Y-MatTec®G2000 can be used for grouting projects in Germany.

DNV Offshore certified

For offshore grouting it is in general a demand that the grout material must have a DNV GL Certification based on DNV-GL-ST-C502.

Y-MatTec®G2000 has over a period been subject to large testing program executed at MPA, Hannover. This including mockup performance, quality control descriptions and a robust factory control system has been audited by DNV. This has all be accomplished and Y-MatTec®G2000 resulted in certififikation according to DNV–ST-C502 with TAK number 000023S of Y-MatTec®G2000.

Wind turbine structures are as a rule exposed to high moving loads and it is therefore of vital importance that the grout material used has high fatigue properties. To document Y-MatTec®G2000 fatigue properties an intensive fatigue investigation has been done at Leibniz Universität Hannover.

The fatigue investigation shows that Y-MatTec®G2000 has superior fatigue properties and is well above the CEB-FIP Model Code 90 demands. A copy of the Investigation report can be provided upon request.

Y-MatTec®G2000 has been evaluated and approved by respectively SiemensGamesa and Vestas technical departments as grout material for onshore wind turbine foundations.

G2000 product has been validated after the:
  • Compliance with the GMS (SGRE Materials Specification) verified by Technology (Materials);
  • Method statement approval and execution trials completed, during which the applicability of the product has been verified by SGRE ON PM BOP TOF and SGRE ON PM EQS EXE BOP&QE departments.
