The responsible at Y-MatTec A/S / www.ymattec.com,
for correct collection, handling and storing of your personal information,
is CEO at Y-MatTec Elo Yde.

Storing of personal information

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation your personal information must be stored safely and confidential.

Personal data security has high priority at Y-MatTec A/S. Thus you can be sure that your data is always handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Collection, handling and storage of your personal information is done in compliance with
article 6 (1) (b and f) in the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

We collect your personal information on computer and digital systems with limited access.

All personal information are deleted when the purpose they were collected for has been fulfilled.

Customer information

If you are a customer at Y-MatTec we collect and handle administrative information about you.
In compliance with the law of accounting we store your customer information for at least 5 years.
If our cooperation has ended after 5 years we delete your customer information.

All materials in physical form and data files supplied from customers to us are handled and stored confidentially.

We use Microsoft Dynamics 265 for invoicing and thus your information is shared with Microsoft.
Microsoft stores your data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

When you send us an email, we store your contact information and content in e-mails
to be able to contact you and in the future to document our corespondance.

E-mail corespondance is deleted 5 years after your last order

When you fill in an send the contact form onwww.ymattec.com,
you accept that Y-MaTtec contacts you.

We use the typed information to contact you and answer your request.

We use WPForms for collection of your e-mail address, your name and your message.
When you fill in the contact form on www.ymattec.com, you also give permission
that your information is transferred to WPForms and handled by WPForms.
Afterwards WPForms sends an e-mail to Y-MatTec with the information you typed.
The information you typed in are only stored until we have have replied your request.
